Will you be present on my wedding day?
Yes. Probably. Of all questions, this is usually the first. My team is composed of many people, and we are able to fully cover two events on the same day without hicckups. My goal is to deliver an exceptional service to all my clients, and to do that my Team and I have to always be in control of every aspects. That’s why we don’t book more than 2 events on the same day. If your is the only event of the day, I’ll be there. Guaranteed.
Can you work within our budget?
Yes, if it’s reasonable. Money is not necessarily a fun topic, but it is extremely important for the couple and their planner to have a thorough discussion about the Wedding Budget. That is why I suggest to incorporate money and budget details as early as possible in the process of planning. The best moment to start talking about money is the initial meeting. Having an idea of what will be the budget, or at least an estimate, is really important. From the budget is possible to understand the different services Maggy and her Team can provides you.
Do we need to be in Italy to organize the wedding? How may meetings are needed to organize a Proper wedding?
If you don’t live in Italy, my team and I will email you sketches and manage follow ups over the phone, making sure you overview each and every detail needed to be decided and we will fill you in on everything all at once.
If you are located in Italy, we will meet at least 5 to 8 times.
How does the payment process look like?
After we established your needs and wants, the payments will be as follows:
- upon confirmation
- three months before the event
- balance by the day of the event
How many people from Maggy's Team will be at the wedding?
How many assistants, coordinators and event stylists will be there depends on the structure of the event, the number of the guests and the specifics of the logistics. The bare minimum is 2 members of the Wedding Planning Team. There is no fixed maximum.

How many wedding have you planned?
I have been organizing weddings since 2010. I’ve planned more than 140 events (90% weddings) both in Italy and abroad.
I understand weddings have an emotional and personal element that other events do not have, and that every wedding is unique.
My long experience in the field and my problem solving skills help me assure the best possible outcome for my clients.
